nubia has officially introduced the NaviX Ultra, marking the company's entry into the emerging market for AI agent-powered smartphones. The device, which was recently teased at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in China, is being positioned by nubia as the world’s first smartphone built specifically around AI agent technology.

Design and AI Integration

While nubia has kept the detailed technical specifications of the NaviX Ultra under wraps for now, the company has provided a clear look at its design language via Weibo. The device features a triple rear camera setup, housed within a horizontal camera bar reminiscent of the design approach used in recent Google Pixel smartphones.

Rather than emphasizing hardware specifications, nubia is highlighting the NaviX Ultra's AI software capabilities through the Doubao mobile assistant, an interface designed to manage complex tasks and agentic workflows for the user.
